Can you hold my luggage before and/or after check-in?
Yes. If you arrive before the check-in time, we can hold your luggage at the front desk.
We can hold your luggage after you check-out, on the condition that it will be picked up on that day
(we do not accept valuables, food, or dangerous items).
Can I ship my luggage for delivery prior to my arrival?

Your luggage, excluding valuables, food, and dangerous items, shipped, after making prior arrangements with the hotel, will be held until you check-in.

About delivery service.
It is available at the front desk. We have wrapping material for your package. Please ask our staff.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out is before 12:00.
About service dogs.
Guests are permitted to stay with their service animals.
he service animals are permitted everywhere in the hotel, except for the restaurant. If you are brining a service animal, please notify the hotel, when you make your reservation.
Can I bring my pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our hotel. Service animals, however, are permitted.
Can I rent a wheelchair?
It is available for rent, free of charge. If you are interested, please notify the front desk.
Please be aware that it is only for use inside of the hotel.
Can my child co-sleep with me?
1 non-school age child is permitted to co-sleep on each bed, free of charge.
Please supply your own bath towel, toothbrush, and nightwear for the co-sleeping child.
Is there a free space in the refrigerator in the room?
Drinks, other than mineral water, and snacks are available for purchase.
Is there a vending machine? Is there an ice machine?
There are no vending machines, however, ice machine is located on the 2nd floor.
Is there a curfew?
We do not have a curfew, but will lock the front gate at 1am for security purposes. Guests are able to unlock the front door using their room keys. We apologize for the inconvenience, but ask that guests contact staff using the intercom if they require assistance unlocking the front gate.
Is there parking for cars?
There is a contracted parking lot on the basement of the hotel (¥2,500 for 24 hours).
Due to the limited number of spaces and vehicle size restrictions, spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. We do not take reservations.
Payment for parking is collected at the front desk. If you need a parking spot, please let the staff know when you check in.
If our parking lot is full, or your vehicle does not fit, we will refer you to a nearby parking lot
(you will be liable for the parking charges. Please be aware that you may not be able to find parking in a nearby parking lot, depending on your vehicle type and availability).
Is there parking for bicycles/motorcycles?
There is no bicycle/motorcycle parking lot on the hotel premises. Please contact us in advance to be directed to a nearby parking lot (you will be liable for the parking charges).
What are the charges for early check-in and late check-out?

<For early check-in>

The standard check-in time is after 15:00, however, you may be able to check in earlier. If you request to check in before 15:00, depending on the situation, you may be charged an additional 30-100% of the standard room rate.

<For late check-out>

The standard check-out time is before 12:00. If possible, you may request an extension by paying the following additional charges

Until 15:00 …. 30% of the room rate.
Until 18:00 …. 50% of the room rate.
After 18:00 …. 100% of the room rate.
Warning: These additional charges are calculated based on the standard room rate.)

Are there non-smoking rooms?
Yes, it is available. About 80% of the guestrooms are designated as non-smoking.
If you made your reservation for a smoking room, because non-smoking rooms were unavailable, we will be happy to apply a deodorizing treatment to your room. Please notify the staff in advance.
Every room has a deodorizing agent.
Can I get a spare key?
1 room key is issued to each guest.
I will be staying at the hotel for work. Would I have access to the internet?

Wi-Fi is available in the guestrooms, lobby, and the restaurant.
You can connect your smartphones and tablets to the Wi-Fi.
Ethernet connection is available in the guestrooms (LAN cable is available in each guestroom).
Please be aware that we do not guarantee availability for our guests.
You may not be able to use our internet connection, depending on the settings on your devices.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online about half a year in advance, and by phone about 1 year in advance. Please call the hotel directly, for inquires regarding dates outside of this time frame or group reservations.
Can I invite non-hotel guests to the room?
Only the hotel guests are permitted in the guestrooms. Please consult the staff at the front desk if you have extenuating circumstances.
Are taxes charged separately from the room charge?
The room charge includes sales tax and Tokyo hotel tax.

Do you have a waitlist?
Unfortunately, we do not have a waitlist.
Reservation status changes daily. Please check room availabilities on our website, or by calling the hotel.
What are the cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees will be charged accordingly. Those cancelling the day before will be charged at 20%, cancelling on the day will be charged at 80%, and those who do not contact the hotel will be charged 100%. For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, we have a separate cancellation policy, so please contact the hotel directly. In addition when cancelling through a travel agency, please confirm with the hotel.
Do you provide a baby cot (toddler bed)?
Yes, however, the quantity is limited. Please contact the hotel in advance.
What do you offer for the guests to store their valuables?
Please keep your valuables in the safe provided in your room.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is one about 1 minute walk from the hotel entrance.
What is offered for breakfast?
It is available at the restaurant on the 14th floor, GINZA CASITA.

Do I need to make a reservation for breakfast?
Yes. Reservation is not required.

Would it be possible for me to request a room on an upper floor?
The guestrooms are located on the 2nd through 13th floors. We will do our best to honor your request, however, we cannot guarantee it.
Are there hair dryer and cosmetic products (facial moisturizer) in the room?

The following amenities are available in the guestrooms:
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face/hand soap, tea set, mineral water, bath salt, instant coffee, body wash towel, face towel, bath towel, slippers, nightwear, toothbrush set, razor, hair brush, cotton swabs, shower cap, cotton & hair tie set, hair dryer, and basic cosmetic products.

Do you have computers for rent?
Unfortunately, we do not have computers for rent.
Do you have barrier-free, accessible rooms?
Accessible rooms are available.
(Barrier-free bathroom has a tub and the toilette in the same room.)
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes, it is available for fee.
Please fill out the order form, available in your room, and bring your laundry in the designated laundry bag to the front desk before 10:00am. Your items will be delivered at the end of the day.
Do you offer room service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer room service.
Would I be able to use the restaurant in nightwear and slippers?
Please refrain from arriving in nightwear and slippers.
Does the Limousine Bus arrive and depart from right in front of the hotel?
Unfortunately, the Limousine Bus does not stop at our hotel.
The closest stop is “Daiichi Hotel Tokyo.”
About charging mobile phones.
It is available in every room. It can be found in the desk drawer.
Is there a large shared bath?
Unfortunately, we do not have a large, shared bath.
What do you have available for the guests to rent?
Desk lamp, air purifier/humidifier, extension cord, DVD player, HDMI cable, ice pillow, thermometer, nail clipper, hair iron, pants presser, sewing kit, blanket, buckwheat chaff pillow, wine chiller, dishes, flower vase.
Is there a place to smoke inside of the hotel?
A smoking section is available on the 14th floor.
Is there a membership?
It is a joint membership with the Mitsui Garden Hotels, with the same system for point accumulation, redemption, and rate discounts.
When do I pay?
Our hotel requires a deposit.
Please pay your balance, when you check out.
Do you have a currency exchange service?
Yes, we do support foreign currency exchange. At the hotel reception counter we are able to exchange the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro, UK Pound, Australian Dollar, Chinese Yuan Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollar, Korean Won, New Taiwan Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Thai Baht, Indonesian Rupiah and Malaysian Ringgit.
About general household medicines at the hotel
In line with the provisions outlined in Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we do not provide medicines. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but ask that guests prepare any medicines they may require in advance of their stay. There is a hospital and drug store nearby, so please do not hesistate to ask at the front desk for more information if needed.
