Can the hotel keep my luggage in storage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can store your luggage.
For guests who arrive before check-in time, luggage can be stored at the front desk until check-in.
We can also store guest’s luggage after check-out, so please feel free to request that with the hotel staff.
(We can not accept valuable items, foods, or dangerous items for storage.)
Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance to my stay?
With advanced notice, you can send your luggage to the hotel in advance to your stay. We will store your luggage (with the exception of valuable items, foods, and dangerous items) until check-in.
Please send luggage to the following address, after ensuring that Guest Name (with furigana) and Date of Stay is written.

Can the hotel deliver or carry my luggage from Kyoto Station to the hotel?
The service is not offered by the hotel, but there is a delivery service (fee required).

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is 12:00.

Regarding guide dogs / service dogs
Guests are welcome to stay at the hotel with their guide / service dog.
Access is permitted for all areas of the hotel, except for the restaurant and public bath facility. Please kindly inform the hotel when making reservation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. For guests with pets, the hotel can assist in arranging pet accommodation.
Guide / Service / Hearing dogs are allowed in the hotel with guests. Please kindly notify hotel in advance.
Does the hotel lend out wheel chairs?
Wheel chairs are provided at no charge. Please make a request with the front desk. Please note that the wheel chair can only be used wthin the hotel premise.
* Please notify hotel in advance, as there is a limited number of wheel chairs.
Are accompanying children allowed to stay free of charge?
Accompanying children under elementary school level can stay with guests free of charge. Number of accompanying children is limited to 1 child per bed. Also, breakfast is free of charge for children below elementary school; 1620 yen (tax included) for elementary school children; and adult price for children above middle school.
Is there free space in the guest room refrigerator?
The guest room refrigerator is provided as a mini-bar, so there is little free space. If you are not planning to use the mini-bar, you can use the refrigerator by moving the provided drinks to a different location. We can also store refrigerated items at the front desk.
Is there a vending machine / ice machine?
The ice machine is located on the 2nd floor.
Each guest room is equipped with an ice bucket for the ice machine.
Delivery service is also provided with a charge if requested.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
For security, the entrance is locked during late night. Please call the interphone to have the entrance opened. (Entrance locked: 1:00AM to 6:00AM)
If your arrival time will be later than previously planned. please kindly notify the hotel.。
Is there parking space for cars and bicycles?
There is a dedicated car parking lot on the east side of the hotel.
Reservation is required. Parking rate is 2000 yen per night.
Bicycle parking is also offered at 2000 yen per night.
Please notify the hotel in advance for use.
What is the cost for extending check-out time?
The following is charged for extending check-out: until 3PM, 30% of regular room rate; until 6PM, 50% of regular room rate; after 6PM, 100% of regular rom rate.
Does the hotel have non-smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. There are smoking areas located in the B1 lobby and 1F hotel guest area.
Are spare keys provided?
A room key is provided to each guest. (Not including accompanying children)
I am planning to stay for business. Is internet available at the hotel?
The hotel (guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, etc) is fully equipped with wireless internet connection. Smartphone and tablet devices can also be used.
* We hope for your understanding that there may be cases where guests are not able to get internet access due to their device settings.
How far in advance can a reservation be made?
Reservations can be made from approximately 6 months in advance online, and approximately 1 year in advance by telephone.
For other dates or group reservations, please kindly inquire the hotel directly by telephone.
Can I invite non hotel guests to my room?
Non hotel guests are asked to refrain from entering guest rooms. The lobby is available for meetings.
Does the room charge include tax?
The room charge does include tax. Also, our hotel does not charge a service fee.
Can I be placed on a waiting list?
We do not have a waiting list for reservations. Please kindly check room availability for each reservation.
What is the cancellation fee?
Regarding cancellation fee.

Can a baby cot (children’s bed) be provided?
Baby cots can be provided free of charge. Please notify the hotel if necessary, as there is a limited number. (Limited for children under 12 months old)
How do I store valuable items?
Please store valuable items in the safe equipped in each guest room.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a Family Mart 5 minutes walk away, and a Seven-Eleven 7 minutes walk from the hotel.

Breakfast Hours: 6:30 – 10:30 (Last entry at 10:00)

Description: Buffet style breakfast with the theme of “Morning in Kyoto”.
Rich local ingredients such as Kyoto beef, Kyo-yasai vegetables, and seasonal fish from Wakasa and Lake Biwa are prepared with traditional Kyo-kaiseki, Obanzai, and Shojin-ryori techniques. Enjoy the live dishes and cuisine prepared in front of your eyes from the two counters.
In addition to traditional Kyoto cuisine, dishes only available at Yasaka Endo such as Kyoto Beef Tempura Burger, popular at the Beverly Hills (US) location are served buffet style at a reasonable price.
Is there a hotel public bath facility?
The hotel public bath is on floor B1.
The bath is available to hotel guests during 3:00pm-2:00am and 6:00am-10:00am.
To use facility, please bring the card key and a guest room towel.
(Please note that the card key is different for male and female.)
Hotel nightwear and slippers can be worn to the hotel bath.
Is there a fee for the hotel public bath?
The hotel bath is free of charge, only available for guests of the hotel.
Directions to hotel from Kyoto Station.
By bus: From Kyoto Station Central Exit, take #206 or #100 bus route to “Kiyomizu-michi” stop, followed by a 5 minute walk.
By train: From Kyoto Station take the Karasuma Subway Line to Shijo Station, and transfer to Hankyu Kyoto Main Line. Get off at Kawaramachi Station, followed by a 12 minute walk.
Is there shuttle bus service to the hotel?
Shuttle bus service is provided from JR Kyoto Station Shinkansen Hachijo Exit (turn left from exit).

Can the room nightwear (yukata) and slippers be worn to the restaurant?
We ask guests to kindly refrain from wearing the room nightwear (yukata) and slippers to the restaurant.
