Is there a place to store luggage before and after check-out and check-in?
Yes. If you arrive before check-in time, please bring your luggage to the front desk. We will hold it there for you until check-in time. After check-out, we will hold your luggage only on the day of check-out. Please ask at the front desk. (We are unable to hold valuables, perishable items, or dangerous items.)
When should we make payment?
Please make your payment at check-out. However, at check-in we require guests to leave a deposit, either in the form of cash, or by registering their credit card. If charges exceed 150,000 yen during your stay, we request you to make payment at this time.
Can we send our luggage to the hotel on the day before we arrive?

Yes. If you notify us in advance, we can accept and store your luggage (excluding valuables, perishables, and dangerous items) until check-in. Please be sure to include the guest name and date of stay, and send to the following

Regarding the delivery service
The front desk is available to assist you. We have packaging materials available.
Please tell me the check-in and check-out times

Regarding service dogs and guide dogs
Service and guide dogs are permitted in the entire hotel, including the restaurants and other facilities. Please inform us when you make your reservation.
Can we bring pets?
Pets are not permitted. Service dogs of all types are permitted, so please inform us in advance if you would like to bring a service dog.
Do you have wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, wheelchairs are available free of charge, so please contact our staff if you wish to use one. Please note that these may only be used within the hotel. *Please note that there is a limited number of wheelchairs.
Are accompanying children allowed?
For elementary school aged children and below, one child may accompany an adult per bed for free. Also, breakfast is free of charge for children under elementary school, and 1,500 yen for children in elementary school.
Are laundry services available?
Yes, laundry service is available for a fee. Please fill out the laundry card in your room, and take your laundry bag to the front desk by 10AM. It will be returned to you by 6pm on the same day.
Is there free space in the guest room refrigerator?
The guest room refrigerators are mini-bars, so there is no free space available. If you do not plan to use the mini-bar, you may place the contents of the mini-bar somewhere else to use space in the refrigerator. Otherwise, please ask the front desk to hold refrigerated items.
Are vending machines available?
Vending machines are not available, but there is a mini-bar in each room (items available for a fee). There are also free drinks (juice and coffee) available in the lounge on the 14th floor.
Are ice machines available?
There is an ice machine on the 14th floor. There are ice buckets located in each room. Delivery service is available for 200 yen per request.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. The front desk is staffed 24 hours per day. If you expect to arrive late, particularly past midnight, please notify us in advance.
Are parking spaces available for cars and bikes?
There are parking spaces for cars and bikes in the basement of the hotel. Cars and motorcycles may be parked for 1,500 yen per night during your stay, and bicycles can be parked for free. Please understand that advance reservations for parking spots are not available.
Is there a charge for early check-in and late check-out?

[In the case of early check-in]

Normal check-in time is 3pm, but depending on the room condition you may be able to check-in early. However, depending on conditions the hotel may charge an additional fee of 30%-100% of the room rate for early check-in.

[In the case of late check-out]

Extensions may be possible depending on the vacancy status on that day. The following additional charges will be applied for late check-out: until 3pm, 30% of room charge; until 6pm, 50% of room charge; after 6pm, full room rate.

Do you have smoking rooms or smoking areas?
There are no smoking rooms available. Smoking areas have been prepared on the 1st and 14th floors.
Do you offer spare keys?
One room key will be made available for each guest (excluding accompanying children).
I am planning to stay for business. Can I use the internet?
All rooms, lobbies, and restaurants have Wi-Fi available. It is accessible by smartphone and tablet devices. *Please note that we cannot guarantee that all guests will be able to access the internet, as this may depend upon the settings of your device.
How far in advance can I make reservations?
Reservations are accepted over the internet 6 months in advance, and over the phone up to 1 year in advance. If you have specific questions about other dates or group accommodations, please contact us directly by telephone and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can non-guests be invited to my room?
We request that only guests enter the the guest rooms. Please use the lobby for meetings.
Are there any charges other than the room charge?
No. The room fee includes all applicable taxes. We do not charge a service fee.
Do you have a waiting list?
There is no wait list available. Vacancy status changes daily, so please contact us directly or consult our homepage for current vacancy status.
How much is the cancellation fee?
For reservations made online or directly with the hotel, the cancellation fee is 20% of regular room rate for one day prior to stay, 80% on the same day, or 100% if there is no notification. If you made your reservation through a travel agent then please contact the agent for details.
Do you have cribs or bed guards for babies?
Yes, these are available for free. We have a limited number so please let us know in advance. (Suitable for children up to 24 months.)
Please note. If you would like an infant/child’s bed provided they are only available in the Celestine Corner Double and Celestine Corner Twin Rooms.
Is there a place to store valuables?
Please store valuables in the safe in your room.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Yes. There is a 7-11 on the first floor (weekdays only), and there is a Lawson behind the hotel.
What does your breakfast consist of?

Is a reservation required for breakfast?
No, you do not need a reservation for breakfast. Breakfast is available from 7am to 10:30am.
Do you have room service?
Yes. Room service is available from 3pm to 9pm.
Do you have shuttle services directly to and from the hotel?
The shuttle goes to and from Narita Airport, but the shuttle to Haneda Airport is only one-way from the hotel.
Do you have rental computers?
Renta PCs are available for 1,000 yen per day. We have a limited number available, so please notify us if you need one.
Do you have any special services for those staying at your hotel on birthdays or anniversaries?
We can make arrangements for cakes, bouquets, etc. Please see here fordetails.
Do you have a membership system?
We are a part of the Mitsui Garden Hotels membership system. Earning or redeeming points, price discounts, etc. falls under the same guidelines at our hotel.
