The problem with our email system that occurred around 6:00 PM on January 12th was caused by a hardware failure in an external system.
The service was restored around 9 p.m. on the same day.

Currently, the MGH Rewards Club related systems and QR check-in system are operating normally.

We have recently confirmed that some guests who made reservations through Booking.com have received messages via WhatsApp and other platforms, attempting to direct them to phishing websites.
Please note that Booking.com will never ask for your credit card information or request payments by email or chat messages sent in relation to your reservation.
If you receive any suspicious messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other social media platforms, please do not open any attached files or click on any URL links in those messages.

Year-End and New Year Point Exchange Delivery Information

Points exchange (gifts) will be shipped within the year only for applications received by Thursday, December 25th.
Orders placed after Friday, December 26th may take up to 20 days to be delivered.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, the MGH Rewards Club Membership Office will be closed during the following period for the New Year holidays.
