Best Rate Guarantee Conditions

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following conditions must be met.

• Comparison with websites published in Japan at the time of reservation
• Comparison with the same conditions (hotel, date of stay, number of people, room type, payment method, cancellation conditions, length of stay (check-in/check-out time), etc.)
• Comparison with plans with the same incidental services and benefits (amenities, etc.)

Not covered by Best Rate Guarantee

In order to guarantee the best rate, the following cases are excluded from comparison.
Please note.

• Fees that are not publicly announced, such as corporate contract fees
• Pricing for specific membership organizations
• Rates for which the hotel is not involved in the sales amount, such as those sold by travel agencies
• Fees that consider points and coupons unique to other companies' websites as discounts
• Prices that cannot be booked on the website, such as reservations only accepted by phone
• Fees for auction sites, joint purchase sites, etc.
• Package fees that include facilities other than accommodation, transportation, meals, etc.

What happens in this case?
