You can change it by clicking "Confirm/Change/Unsubscribe Customer Information" on "My Page". From the viewpoint of personal information protection, we recommend that members who currently set passwords with simple numbers or alphanumeric characters that are easily guessed by third parties change their password.
When will points exchange and grant be reflected on "My Page"?
Please note that due to computer processing it will take 3-5 days.
What kind of points can be redeemed? Also, is it possible to transfer it to a family member or friend?

Can I earn points for eating and drinking at the hotel restaurant?
We are sorry to inform you that only room charges (excluding tax) are eligible for addition.
Can I use a hotel gift card (hotel voucher) at the restaurant?
You can use it for breakfast. Please note that lunch, dinner, coffee, etc. are not covered. If you wish to use it for breakfast, please exchange your hotel voucher for a "breakfast voucher" at the front desk.
When can I make a reservation (how many days in advance)?

Please tell me how to make a reservation from overseas.
Please make a reservation on the website (there is also a reservation page in English) or by calling the hotel you plan to stay at directly.
I made a reservation online, but I haven't received a reservation confirmation email.
Normally, a reservation confirmation e-mail will always be sent, but in the unlikely event that it does not arrive, there may be factors such as server connections. Please contact the hotel where you made the reservation and we will resend it.
In the case of accommodation plans that include cash vouchers, how will the consumption tax be displayed on the receipt?
Consumption tax will be exempted for cash vouchers, so the consumption tax corresponding to the amount after deducting the amount equivalent to the cash voucher will be displayed.
Do the prices displayed in the accommodation reservation include consumption tax and service charge?
The displayed price includes tax and our hotel does not charge a service charge. However, the Tokyo accommodation tax may be charged at hotels in Tokyo, so it will be added separately to the displayed price.
